Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We are hoping to hire for a Sat & Sunday position with possibility for on call extra hours. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle various customer interactions will be key to your success in this position.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and in-store walk ins.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with shipping, tracking, returns, passport photos, printing and maintaining client expectations with orders and shipments.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate such as upgrading shipments to express when possible and large print quantities
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.
- Comfortable handling packages up to 20 lbs on a regular basis and able to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs when needed.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

- Toronto (Yonge & St.Clair), ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Saturday and Sunday 10am-3pm hours. The position is for these hours Minimum. There is possibility for on-call mon-fri 9am-7pm times when needed which are common but not guaranteed
