About the role Location: 235 Wilson Drive, Milton As a Customer Service Representative, you will help provide customers with a positive shopping experience while operating day to day activities. You will work within a customer facing capacity, generating revenue growth by providing excellent customer service, and maximising opportunities across all customer segments. Your Responsibilities * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing efficient and professional customer service * Administer retail transactions, handle cash, and effectively address issues or concerns where appropriate * Align with the company’s governing regulations, policies and procedures * Sound knowledge of products, stocking of inventory and assisting in display of merchandise * Safeguard the company by ensuring proper sales of age-restricted products * Maintaining clean and organized work environment * Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences Requirements * 1 year of proven experience in a customer facing role in the retail industry * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Detailed oriented, organized and highly motivated * Passion and pride for continuously delivering an outstanding customer experience
