A Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in providing administrative support to the customer service team and booking quality leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all customers, consistently providing a positive and professional first impression via phone, email, and chat.
Proactively engage with incoming leads and new customers to qualify their needs and determine their potential fit before scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Take the time to build rapport and establish a trusting relationship with prospects on the phone, setting the stage for a successful handoff to the sales representative.
Manage incoming customer service requests via phone, email, and chat, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, policies, and procedures, and use this knowledge to provide high-quality customer service.
Ensure all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) procedures are followed, with detailed notes and all relevant sales information documented for the sales team.
Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including maintaining customer service records, preparing reports, and coordinating appointments.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer issues and improve the customer experience.
Use customer service software and tools, including CRMs, to efficiently manage customer requests.
Ensure that customer service records are accurately documented and tracked.
Analyze customer service data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in customer service.
