We are seeking a Customer Service & Design Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate is someone who will be able to build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication while working at various posts within our customer service team. As a member of our customer service team, you will work shifts at our Welcome Desk, Print Bar and Fan Club.
Previous experience in our industry is considered an asset!
Hours
Shift Based with some flexibility - Current need for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with every other Saturday. Shift timing is 8am to 5pm (Welcome Desk) or 9am to 6pm (Print Bar & Fan Club) with a 1 hour break.
Duties
- Greet & communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and in person
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Provide information on products and services including quotations
-Order entry and order processing including creating graphics, mock ups and preparing files for production
-Operating multiple printers utilizing methods like DTF, DTG, large format & dye sublimation
-Operating various heat presses and supplementary equipment to create finished products like tshirts, tote bags, coffee mugs and so much more.
-Operating a single head embroidery machine to produce embroidered caps, sweatshirts and more.- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
-Collaborate with coworkers in customer service and production to ensure every project is completed to customers satisfaction
-Pick up notifications and assisting customers with pick ups, shipping
-Housekeeping of the Welcome Desk, Print Bar & Fan Club areas
-Opening and closing procedures
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and/or suggest products or services
- Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Phone, in person and email etiquette skills for professional customer interactions
-Ability to work alone but also with a team
-Effective time management and task prioritizing skills
