Job Description
As a lead customer service representative you will report to the management team, supporting the everyday operations. Your goal being to create a team environment, making sure customer service is the forefront of the daily operations.
What to expect each day
- Check customers in and out of drop in play, schedule parties and register program attendees for classes.
- Cafe operation's; taking cafe orders, as well as food and drink preparation
- Assist with birthday parties and private bookings
- Assist in the operation of all programs.
- Cleaning and sanitization
- Training and mentoring other staff members
- This role will require you to work alone at times
- We are open 7 Days a week , this position requires some weekday, weekend and evening shifts
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Minimum high school graduate.
- 6 Months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience based environment.
- Self starter who's comfortable working alone and solving problems as they arise
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Having experience working with children, or at an indoor playground is an asset.
- Required to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Clear criminal record check dated within the last 6 months

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
