Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our establishment, including food preparation, sanitation, and customer interaction.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing assistance and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of all food products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
