About the Role
AllScapes Landscape is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Lawn and Bed Maintenance Crew. As a vital part of our field team, you will help maintain the beauty and health of our residential and commercial properties through consistent, detail-oriented work.

Winter Opportunity:
There is a strong possibility for crew members to transition into our Snow Removal Team during the winter months, allowing for more consistent, year-round employment.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain planting beds by weeding, pruning, and mulching
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure job sites are clean and professionally presented upon completion
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Communicate respectfully with teammates and clients
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in attendance and job performance

- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate!
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid G driver’s license is a must

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend work as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
