Mainland Masonry Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is tech-savvy, and can confidently coordinate with multiple stakeholders in the construction industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Coordinate communications with developers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project workflows
- Review and organize contracts and project documentation
- Maintain accurate records and files
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in construction administration or related field is an asset but not required
