We’re currently seeking a Catering Sales and Service Manager to join our fast-paced, people-first team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that blends creativity, sales strategy, event coordination, and leadership.

We’re looking for someone who can think independently, problem-solve under pressure, and also follow systems and standards that ensure our events run smoothly and clients stay delighted.
Your Core Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare customized quotes, proposals, and event packages
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct site visits and manage client communication from inquiry through post-event feedback
Event Coordination & Operations
- Oversee all phases of event planning, budgeting, and execution
- Create and manage event specifications (maps, floorplans, menus, logistics)
- Track inquiries, maintain organized files, and schedule follow-ups
- Ensure flawless execution of events with a focus on client satisfaction and quality control
Team Leadership & Compliance
- Foster a respectful and positive work environment for event staff
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, WHMIS, and other regulatory standards
- Support and enforce provincial liquor regulations during events
- Hands-On Support (When Needed)
This is a working management role that may occasionally involve:
- Packing and loading event equipment
- Assisting with buffet and beverage service
- Overseeing on-site set-up and teardown
- General post-event cleanup and organization

Requirements
- Valid G-Class Driver’s Licence
- Access to your own vehicle (public transportation is not an option)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Comfortable with physical labour and long shifts when needed
- Prior experience in catering, events, sales, or hospitality is a strong asset
