We’re now seeking a Sales/Service Manager to lead our service team, drive membership sales, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate our service team to hit sales and service goals
- Drive sales of club memberships and replacement leads
- Ensure 5-star service is consistently delivered to every customer
- Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews with technicians
- Oversee scheduling, job quality, and customer satisfaction follow-ups
- Track KPIs and report on team performance
- Foster a positive, accountable, growth-focused culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related service industry
- Strong sales ability and confidence presenting solutions to customers
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Driven, organized, and able to hold a team accountable
- Customer-first mindset — professional, personable, and approachable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
