MedPros is seeking a results-oriented Business Development and Sales Manager to lead growth across our healthcare service lines, including:
- Medical clinic management
- OHIP billing services
- Healthcare business sales and acquisitions
- Virtual MOA / call-centre services
- Clinic construction and turnkey clinic setup
We work with physicians, investors, and healthcare entrepreneurs across Ontario, helping them start, grow, and optimize their healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ontario’s healthcare sector
- Develop relationships with physicians, clinic owners, investors, and healthcare organizations
- Lead outbound prospecting, networking, and attending relevant industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline reports
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align services with client needs
- Travel within the GTA
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (healthcare industry preferred)
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and own vehicle
- Ability to travel to client sites across the GTA and beyond
Nice to Have
- Experience selling services to medical clinics, healthcare practitioners, or professional services
- Familiarity with OHIP billing, clinic operations, or health system navigation in Ontario
- Understanding of CRM tools, proposal writing, and market research
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $50,000/year
- Commission: 10–15% on net profit from closed deals (e.g. clinic management contracts, construction contracts, service agreements, or healthcare business sales)
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly targets for bonus eligibility ($5K–$10K+/quarter based on KPIs)
- Auto Allowance or Gas Reimbursement available
- Work Laptop & Phone Allowance provided
On-target earnings (OTE): $80,000–$120,000+, with no cap on commissions.
