Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a deep understanding of customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in project management and execution.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Prepare proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a business development environment, and Sales experience in B2B sales in apparel and textile Industry
- Strong Network: Must have an established network and business contacts within Ontario, particularly in the apparel and textile Industry
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
