About the position: You should love chocolate Brigadeiros as much as we do, but you don’t have to know everything -- we’ll teach you everything we know.
Your responsibility consists of being very passionate about helping customers select the perfect treat and hand rolling and finalizing the Brigadeiros, caring deeply about the process and taking pride in the end product (Brigadeiro training will be provided).
You will learn to recognize good quality Brigadeiros, the infusions, the natural resources and at the end of the week, everyone meets to review what goals were met and what steps can be taken as we continuously seek to improve and perfect the brigadeiro making process and all the other creations to support the physical and online shop plus the online/corporate events.
Duties
- Customer service/counter sales. Sales and customer service experience a definite requirement
- Fulfilling online orders, creating delivery or shipping labels and answering customer inquiries regarding their orders
- Learning how to hand-roll the perfect Brigadeiro;
- Hand-rolling brigadeiros between customers
- Communicating with our team lead to make sure inventory organized;
- Building and folding boxes;
Skills
- Strong retail sales and customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and providing solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing customer interactions.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
