As we expand into a luxurious new space, we are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Bridal Services & Operations Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the boutique’s daily operations, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, client communications, vendor coordination, and inventory processing. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to contribute to a growing bridal business.
Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management: Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-up communications with brides
- Client Communication: Respond to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Data Entry & Organization: Maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, and inventory.
- Store Operations Support: Assist with daily store operations, including managing supplies, organizing paperwork, and coordinating with consultants.
- Payment Processing: Handle fees and sales transactions.
- Event Coordination: Support in-store events, including preparation and follow-up.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with consultants and management to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, coordinate deliveries, and assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in retail or bridal settings.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with booking and POS systems (BridalLive experience is a plus).
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Friendly and professional demeanor, committed to creating a positive client experience.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, especially during bridal appointments and events.
