Who You Are
An Experienced Sales Professional – You have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in luxury retail or bridal. You’re confident, persuasive, and know how to close the deal without sacrificing a personal touch.
Detail-Oriented – From perfectly pinning a gown to ensuring every appointment runs seamlessly, you know that the little things make the biggest difference.
A Relationship Builder – You excel at connecting with people, understanding their unique needs, and creating a personalized and stress-free experience.
Passionate About Fashion – You love style, fabric, and fit and can translate that passion into expert advice for our brides.
Organized and Proactive – You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling appointments, follow-ups, and the occasional “bridal emergency” with grace.
What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with brides to help them find their dream wedding dress.
- Guide brides through our curated collection, offering personalized recommendations and expert advice.
- Ensure every fitting room is prepared for appointments with care and attention to detail.
- Build lasting relationships with brides, their families, and their bridal parties.
- Manage follow-ups with brides, keeping them excited and informed every step of the way.
- Contribute to the overall success of the boutique by meeting individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain a professional, upbeat, and welcoming atmosphere in the store.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in bridal, luxury retail, or a related field.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
- Availability to work weekends (our busiest time!).
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- A love for all things bridal!
