ML Aesthetic Clinic is a fast-growing, medical aesthetics clinic specializing in holistic skincare. We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who is organized, proactive, and confident in sales to help us elevate the client experience and support the clinic's daily operations.
In this role, you’ll be the right hand of management ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing exceptional client care, and playing a key role in driving growth. From client communications to sales conversions and team coordination, you’ll be essential to keeping the clinic running at its best.

- Ensure smooth front desk operations and a polished client experience
- Support client retention and drive sales through personalized recommendations
- Coordinate with the team to keep schedules optimized and operations efficient
- Assist with administrative and marketing tasks as needed

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
