This is important for our Appointment Setters (Telemarketers) to know, because we do not cold call. We only call our current customer base to let them know about our current promotions, and to check in on their service schedules, to see if they need any work done.
No high pressure sales tactics, Just a warm call to say hello and offer a special deal.
We are offering 15-25 hours weekly per agent (evening shifts only - finishing by 830pm) and Saturdays between 10-4.
Preference will be given to the individuals who has call centre experience.
