Job Description
1. Utilize leads in the CRM to make outbound calls and send follow-up emails.
2. Make 50 outbound calls daily.
3. Build rapport with customers over the phone.
4. Master objection handling to secure appointments with the sales closer.
5. Add new leads to the CRM based on online research.
6. Keep the sales funnel updated in the CRM.
7. Participate in weekly meetings to refine customer acquisition strategies.
Necessary tools such as a laptop and desk phone will be provided by the company.
Required Qualifications
1. Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work permit as a temporary resident (applicants not authorized to work in Canada will not be considered).
2. Prior experience in outbound telemarketing sales is required (applicants without telemarketing experience will not be considered).
3. Experience in IT or Telecom sales is an asset.
4. Must have access to high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
5. Work remotely but must be available during EST business hours.
6. Should be a natural hustler who brings energy and enjoys closing deals.
7. Must possess grit, resilience, and persistence to overcome objections and stay motivated.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
9. Should be independent, proactive, and meticulous in managing time and priorities.
Compensation
1. Independent contractor position.
2. Base pay: $21 per hour.
3. Hours of work: 40 hours per week.
4. Potential for lucrative uncapped commissions totaling up to $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
5. Opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent role with benefits based on performance.
