Investwell Solutions is looking to add a full time SDR (Appointment Setter) star to join our team.
We’ve recently opened a new SDR role
Take pre-booked inbound calls with potential clients
- Qualify potential clients over the phone based on specific criteria to determine good fit and sales readiness
- Ask strategic discovery questions to understand prospect goals, pain points, and fit • Route qualified leads to closers or senior advisors for next steps.
We designed this role as a fast track for SDRs to move into a closer role, if they wish to in the future.
Therefore, instead of closing, this role involves only qualifying prospects without any selling.
All scripts, email templates and systems are in place already.
You would be working close with our SDR Manager to get up to speed fast .
A positive attitude, great work ethic and a strong skill set on the phones will take you a long way with this role.
Projected first year earnings $80k - $100k... If successful and promoted to a Advisor role commissions are uncapped.. $200k +

Pay: $1,000.00-$3,000.00 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
