Position Overview
Are you a highly motivated and persuasive communicator with a proven ability to create opportunities? We are seeking an energetic Appointment Setter to join our growing team in Toronto. In this crucial role, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective international clients, skillfully identifying their needs and scheduling qualified introductory meetings for our sales executives. If you thrive on generating new business possibilities and excel at initiating valuable conversations, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging) to prospective B2B clients in North America, the UK, and Europe.
- Identify and qualify leads by actively listening to their pain points and understanding their IT and software staffing requirements.
- Clearly and concisely articulate Infinitum Media™'s value proposition, highlighting how we provide exceptional talent solutions.
- Strategically schedule high-quality meetings and demonstrations for our Senior Sales Executives, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead statuses, and scheduled appointments within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for qualified appointments set.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience in an outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to uncover client needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve targets.
