Skills
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, with a focus on generating leads and setting appointments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding product specifications and features.
- Proficiency in Spanish is desirable, as it will enhance communication with a broader range of clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and follow-ups.
