About the Role
We are currently looking for a motivated Administrative Support Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional client support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy while potentially navigating difficult interactions.
- Informing clients of additional services and options when applicable for their cases.
- Data entry and processing documents both electronically and manually.
- Supporting our client retention initiatives to provide the best business experience possible.
- Assisting other departments in various ongoing projects.
- Updating and maintaining accurate account information.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving, and being part of a collaborative team. Attention to detail and strong communication skills will be key to your success.
