Job Description
We are looking for a reliable ADMINISTRATION / RECEPTION CLERK to be part of our Administration team. This position is for our BRAMPTON, Ontario location, and is on-site, in-office.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with one hour lunch 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Duties and responsibilities:
- Invoicing Customers
- Auditing/Scanning/Saving POD’s into software
- Clearing Carrier invoices for payment process
- General Data Entry
- Requesting Carrier invoices/POD’s
- Reception Coverage
- Perform other duties and tasks as needed assigned by manager
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates must have:
- Excellent Communication, along with a clear speaking voice for telephone coverage
- General understanding of Freight/Logistics/Transportation Industry
- I.T. user friendly
- Team and attention to detail oriented
