THE OPPORTUNITY

The Administration Clerk – Inland PacLease will be responsible for supporting the Canadian PacLease operations with general administrative responsibilities including data entry, filing (physical and digital formats), record keeping and report distribution.

This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Burnaby, BC.

PAY RANGE

The salary range for this role is between $45,000 - $50,000, based on experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Updating Weekly New Inventory Report and routing files accordingly.
  • Maintain record keeping on various online 3rd party websites for vehicle updates and changes.
  • Filing (physical and digital format) including file creation, labels and purging for disposals.
  • Preparing and sending out customer correspondence for lease documents and monthly meter readings.
  • Internal data entry and record keeping (manual and via electronic upload).
  • Provide backup and support for PacLease staff as needed (sending requested document copies, special projects, task assistance, etc.).
  • Management for day-to-day expenses and/or capital budgets
  • Manage, administer, and control the assets, revenue, expenditures, and/or other affairs of the organization
  • Complete form letters and mail out customer copies of legal documents (business formal but in a form letter format)
  • Obtain signatures on legal documents (in person).

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) essential
  • Post-secondary diploma or trade certification preferred
  • Two years’ related experience in admin or related experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Intermediate keyboarding skills
  • Detail-oriented and motivated with strong attention to detail and willingness to be a key team member.
  • Good verbal and strong written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Accountability and dependability
