Chudleigh’s Brand is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our dedicated team!

Qualifications
· A College or University degree in Marketing and/or E-Commerce
· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically as a Social Media Specialist
· Must have experience using content management systems – WordPress, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Hootsuite (or similar) and Photoshop
· Must have experience in paid digital advertising (Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp)
· Familiarity with Google Analytics
· Shopify experience an asset
· Food industry experience is preferred
· Proven ability to capture and edit high-quality photography and video for social media platforms; a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling is required
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content calendars simultaneously
· Understands the importance of customer experience and superb customer support
· Excellent interpersonal and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
· Creative, passionate, strategic-minded but with an ability to execute plans
· Detail-oriented with excellent project management, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills
· Proven success in driving results-oriented content strategies for desktop and mobile devices, must be flexible with work hours
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Create and plan monthly content calendar across key social channels and produce a weekly/monthly content schedule that aligns with the website, brand campaigns, product launches and events
· Responsible for the writing and creating social content while staying aligned with brand, as well as publishing and promoting content on social media (including copywriting, editing and proofreading)
· Capture high-quality photography and video content tailored for social media platforms, showcasing strong creative direction and editing skills
· Maintain an organized system for digital assets, content calendars, and project timelines to ensure campaigns are executed on time and to brand standards
· Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure brand consistency and quality
· Keeping up to date with the latest product and brand information and applying to various mediums
· Adhere to corporate brand guidelines and enforce brand image consistency
· Organize, update, and coordinate all marketing materials and events as needed
· Coordinating all aspects of our online Shopify store – front & back end
· Setup of E-commerce items; including sku setup, curates and maintains approved product marketing copy on website
· Other tasks as assigned based on business needs
