About the Role
H-Authentica Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media / Admin Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations on-site in Winnipeg. This is a long-term position ideal for someone passionate about social media, organized in administrative tasks, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Write creative and compelling captions
- Monitor page performance and audience engagement
Administrative Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and SMS
- Send follow-ups and payment reminders
- Maintain organized communication records
- Assist with other admin coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in social media or admin tasks (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and tools
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
