We’re growing, and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who’s ready to help take us to the next level.
About the Role
As an ISA, you will be the first voice our clients hear — and often the reason they trust us from the very first conversation. You’ll be responsible for inbound and outbound lead management, appointment setting, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our sales agents to maximize their time in the field.
Priority will be given to candidates who are familiar with real estate coaching models like Tom Ferry or The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and/or those who have experience with Siera CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to warm and cold leads
- Follow up on inbound inquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our team
- Maintain and update client records and pipelines in Siera CRM
- Track and report weekly/monthly key metrics
- Work closely with team leaders to refine lead generation systems
- Contribute to a collaborative, success-focused team environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior real estate ISA or sales experience is a strong asset
- Experience with Siera CRM or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Excellent phone and written communication skills — professional yet warm
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, coachable and goal-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
