Position Title: Assistant/Coordinator in Real Estate Investment Company

Gatta Group is a dynamic real estate investment firm specializing in managing apartment businesses, new home construction, and property sales and leasing. We are seeking a motivated and versatile Assistant/Coordinator to support our Managing Partner in all aspects of the business. If you are organized, proactive, and efficient, we want you on our team (willing to train for right applicant).
Key Responsibilities
Apartment and New Home Management:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of apartment complexes, including tenant relations and property maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for new home construction projects.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work.
Showings and Property Tours:
- Conduct showings of model homes and apartments to prospective tenants and buyers.
- Provide detailed information and answer questions about properties.
Real Estate Agent Support:
- Assist in writing offers and listing properties for sale (training provided).
- Prepare and manage necessary paperwork for property transactions.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, buyers, and sellers as needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the Managing Partner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
Operational Support:
- Run errands and handle miscellaneous tasks to support the President’s day-to-day activities.
- Conduct market research and gather data for investment opportunities.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities for properties.
Property Management:
- Oversee property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations and financials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or as a real estate assistant is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be proactive and efficient in handling tasks.
- Must be a problem solver.
