Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
- Coordinate property listings, showings, and appointments.
- Assist in managing contracts, agreements, and other real estate-related documentation.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain office organization and assist with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate administration is required.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documents (contracts, agreements, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
