This is not your average admin role. You’ll be the supporting the existing Operations Division of a dynamic, energetic team that’s passionate about simplifying real estate, embracing innovation, and delivering a best-in-class client experience.
You Are:
- A detail-obsessed, self-starter who lives for lists, deadlines, and high standards
- Confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A natural communicator with strong writing skills and emotional intelligence
- Social media fluent and tech-forward (Microsoft Office, online platforms, etc.)
- Experienced — minimum 1 year in a real estate office (Ontario)
- Reliable — with your own vehicle and a can-do attitude
