Daymi is a casual Lebanese restaurant in downtown Toronto We’re seeking an experienced Prep Cook (minimum 3 years experiece) who takes pride in precision and consistency.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute prep tasks with accuracy — including precise vegetable cuts and exact recipe measurements.
- Follow Daymi’s standardized recipes and prep protocols without deviation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Work collaboratively to support a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Uphold food quality, portioning, and presentation standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven prep cook experience — ideally in Middle Eastern or Levantine cuisine.
- Strong knife skills and a meticulous approach to measurement and consistency.
- Ability to handle high-volume prep without compromising quality.
- Dependability and punctuality — this is non-negotiable.
