Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques, with the ability to educate and inspire clients of all levels. This role requires excellent communication skills, time management, the ability to teach different fitness levels, provide modifications and progressions and a commitment to the Pilates Method.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Educate clients on proper techniques, modifications, and the benefits of Pilates exercises.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals and provide personalized guidance.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating clients and fostering a positive atmosphere during classes.
- Manage class schedules efficiently to accommodate client needs while maximizing studio resources.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and feedback promptly.
Requirements
- Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized program is required.
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques, with experience teaching various class formats.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven time management skills to effectively manage class schedules and client sessions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate clients during their fitness journey.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
