Pilates Instructor (Reformer & Mat) – Tone & Flow Studio
Brampton, ON | $35–$50/hr | Part-Time or Full-Time
Tone & Flow is a modern reformer Pilates studio in Brampton focused on movement, wellness, and content-driven community. We’re looking for passionate, certified instructors to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead dynamic reformer and/or mat Pilates classes for all levels
- Provide hands-on cueing, modifications, and goal-focused coaching
- Maintain a clean, welcoming studio space
- Participate in content creation (photos, videos, social media clips)
- Support events, challenges, and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Reformer Pilates certification required (Mat Pilates a bonus)
- 1+ year teaching experience preferred
- Positive, confident, and professional energy
- Comfortable being part of studio video/photo content
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
