We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates techniques and methodologies, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients of all skill levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will create a welcoming environment that promotes health, wellness, and personal growth through movement.
Duties
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Develop personalized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of clients.
- Provide clear instructions and modifications for various skill levels to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere that encourages client participation and fosters community.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance class offerings.
- Promote studio events, workshops, and programs to enhance client engagement.
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus for bilingual communication.
- Strong teaching abilities with a focus on clear communication skills.
- Excellent customer service aptitude to create positive experiences for clients.
- Effective time management skills to ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule.

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
