Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates/reformer pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will create a welcoming environment for all participants, providing high-quality instruction while promoting the benefits of reformer Pilates. Stott certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
- Develop personalized workout plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of clients.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises to ensure proper technique and safety.
- Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client participation and progress.
- Maintain open communication with clients regarding their fitness journey, providing feedback and support.
- Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely starts and finishes while accommodating client needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the studio environment.
Qualifications
- Certification in Reformer Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is required.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Excellent time management abilities to balance class schedules and client needs efficiently.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate clients to achieve their fitness objectives.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
