Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic Reformer and Heated Mat Pilates classes while incorporating red light therapy.
- Guide students with proper form, modifications, and encouragement.
- Maintain a positive, community-driven class environment.
- Ensure safe and correct use of equipment (reformers, infrared panels, red light devices).
Qualifications:
✔ Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer)
✔ 1+ year teaching experience in Pilates or group fitness
✔ Passion for holistic wellness and recovery techniques
✔ Enthusiastic, reliable, and confident leading small to medium groups
✔ CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)

- Heated Mat Pilates (Infrared + Red Light) – Mat Pilates in a warm infrared-heated studio, designed for flexibility, detoxification, and deeper muscle activation.
