Job Summary
Chief Isaac Group is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to support financial operations by processing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and experience in payroll processing and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring employees are informed and enrolled correctly.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing necessary training on payroll and benefits systems.
Employee Support: Address payroll and HR inquiries, providing assistance regarding pay, deductions, benefits, and general HR questions.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure payroll and benefits administration comply with financial regulations and company policies, preparing necessary reports for management.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, payroll data, and compliance documentation.
General Administration: Support the HR team with additional administrative duties as needed, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or accounting.
- Education: Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Payroll preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Payroll, HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in data entry, calculations, and financial records.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive payroll and financial information with discretion.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
