Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator/Timekeeper to join our team. This is a 4-month contract position.
Job Description
The Site Administrator/Timekeeper will support the Project Manager by accurately and promptly preparing, processing, and analyzing various reports to assist in cost control and billing processes. The client site is located in Nanticoke, ON.
Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes Required
- Assistance with billing administration, including daily processing, corrections, data entry, timekeeping, filing, reconciling, and communicating discrepancies to management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Vendor management experience
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills at all levels
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Demonstrated success as a contributor to a high-performing team
- Ability to perform with integrity in a fast-paced, high-energy, and demanding role
- Displays original thinking and creativity, meets challenges with resourcefulness, suggests improvements, and develops innovative ideas
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of collective agreements is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
