Brewing Brokers is a Toronto based real estate brokerage & cafe. We offer a space to be guided through your real estate journey over a cup of coffee. We are looking for a professional individual to help build and grow our business.
We are seeking an experienced, creative and result-oriented Marketing Specialist who will join our team as an integral part of our brokerage. Our goal is to increase brand awareness of Brewing Brokers, create and maintain traffic and most importantly recruit and retain top talent. As the Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy and marketing plan, creating a content calendar, executing the content creation through Videography and Photography. You will also be supporting the brokerages print, socials, campaigns, emails and other types of marketing and effectively ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. You are a self-starter and a creative, trendy individual who is organized, able to manage multiple projects and is committed to doing result driven work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear and effective marketing plan and content calendar for result-driven marketing
- Create Video & Photo for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, Google Business to effectively communicate Brewing Brokers marketing objectives
- Ongoing social media support to increase engagement and traffic by potential coffee clients, real estate clients and agents
- Create video content across social media platforms specifically for Instagram & Ads
- Support the agents by creating strong individual branding and coaching through effective marketing tools
- Ensure all marketing material meets brand standards and legal/compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Advanced experience using Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere & similar to create basic graphic designs and other marketing tasks
- Advance experience in videography and photography using professional tools including equipment and softwares
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok; how to use, create, share, and grow
- Knowledge in video marketing tactics and how to use video to attract new agents and clients
- Good working copyright; must be punctual and excellent at spelling
- Experience with building effective email marketing funnel (by creating content through video and photo that tell a story) and using creativity to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
- Strong organizational skills and must be able to manage multiple projects and meet all required deadlines
- A thought-leader that is not afraid to challenge the status quo and understands content people want
- Tech savvy and knowledgeable in up to date media platforms and tools to help deliver the optimal results
- Keen attention to detail to ensure all marketing material and message is clearly, constantly and accurately communicated across platforms
- Energetic, goal-oriented and passionate about marketing in both the traditional and digital space
- Has a keen interest in learning quickly, coach and be coachable to deliver results
- Work well both independently and as a part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite and related administrative systems
- Familiarity with Accessibility, CASL and Privacy requirements
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor in Commerce, Business Administration, Journalism, Communication or similar
- Experience running ads through Facebook, Instagram, Google
- Experience with SEO and running campaigns through social platforms
- Experience with A/B testing
- Basic front-end development
- Interest in planning and running events
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Ontario
