Riviera Motor Inn is looking for energetic, hard-working individuals to join our team in a dual role as Housekeeper / Front Desk Agent. This position is ideal for someone reliable, adaptable, and motivated to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms: replace linens, restock supplies, remove garbage, and check appliances/furniture
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout the property
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards as needed
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries
- Handle payments, maintain accurate records, and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Answer phones, coordinate with hotel departments, and provide information about the city/events
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Customer service experience preferred (hotel experience an asset but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to perform housekeeping duties (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable to different shifts (day, evening, weekends, occasional nights)
Additional Info:
- Shifts may include mornings (8am–4pm), evenings (4pm–10pm), and an option of an occasional nights (10pm–8am)
