Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Train, supervise, and mentor front desk staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure that guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in managing guest services, including concierge duties, recommendations for local attractions, and special requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
