Position: Front Desk Administrator
Hours: Part-time/Full-time available
Pay: $20/hour
Located in the beautiful Thousand Islands, The Glen House Resort is looking for a motivated, friendly, driven individual to join our Front Desk receptionist team.
Candidates must be accustomed to working as a member of a team. This is a fast-paced environment and multitasking is an asset. Candidates must be comfortable and familiar with computers and be open to learning.
A familiarity with guest reservation software and debit/credit processing is an asset.
Job Description:
- Checking guests in/out of the resort
- Taking reservations over the phone and internet portals
- Responding to guest inquiries
- Familiarizing yourself with room rates/packages
- Managing multiple phone lines
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education required
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
