We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including filing and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk or office management roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry is essential.
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
