Key Responsibilities:
- Send and manage online information risk surveys to our clients’ third-party vendors.
- Provide basic technical support and monitor the survey process.
- Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for clients and vendors.
- Learn on the job about software application structures and development lifecycles.
- Explain technical ideas in simple terms to non-technical people.
- Manage simple projects and keep track of multiple tasks at once.
- Work efficiently under deadlines to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Hybrid Work: You’ll be working remotely most of the time but will need to be on-site 2 days per month.
