Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and data management.
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule , holidays and weekends, to manage several task at once
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
