Position Overview

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and legal services in the areas of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and succession planning. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions to protect and transfer their wealth.

Key Responsibilities

· Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.

· Advise clients on estate and succession planning strategies.

· Assist executors, trustees, and beneficiaries with estate administration.

· Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.

· Stay current with changes in legislation, case law, and best practices in estate planning.

Qualifications

· LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school.

· Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

· Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
