Job Summary
ATTA Elevators Halifax Inc. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Elevator Account & Contracts Manager to oversee and grow our team, and portfolio of maintenance and repair service contracts in Atlantic Canada. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating technical teams to deliver exceptional elevator maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee maintenance
Technicians are to champion specific responsibilities based on their strengths, assigned and managed by this role.
Ensure timely scheduling of preventive maintenance and
Track service performance metrics and implement
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for assigned
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and address
Account Oversight
Manage a portfolio of elevator maintenance and repair
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards.
Coordinate with field technicians and service supervisors to resolve issues
Sales & Business Development
Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upgrades, and additional
Prepare and present proposals for maintenance upgrades and
Collaborate with the sales team to support new business
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all services comply with local codes, safety regulations, and company
Support audits and inspections as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in elevator or building
- Strong understanding of elevator systems, maintenance practices, and industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally (Atlantic) to client sites as
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the elevator industry or technical
