Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement.

- Build and streamline processes that align creative, digital, and production teams for seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
- Foster stakeholder relationships and develop a trusted supplier network across Canada to support consistent, high-quality event delivery
- Create comprehensive Run of Show game plans to coordinate teams, vendors, and clients — ensuring every element is executed seamlessly and on time
- Collaborate with internal teams and/or develop and provide training to Brand Ambassador staff
- Provide on-site support throughout setup, event execution, and teardown to ensure flawless delivery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain brand quality
- Deliver consistent, timely updates to both internal teams and client partners to maintain visibility, manage expectations, and support informed decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, content, and promotions.
- Manage event budgets, purchase orders, and track ROI to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance event experiences and drive revenue
- Work closely with internal account, creative and digital teams to bring event concepts to life through engaging content and design.
- Conduct post-event analysis and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Experienced in managing programs for high-profile, national and global brand clients across various industries.
- Skilled in sourcing and coordinating with suppliers to deliver diverse event formats, while also leading on-site execution and teardown — from corporate events like meetings and tradeshows to brand experiential events such as grassroots sampling and mobile activations to high-end brand experiences.
- Experienced in managing and mentoring a team of event marketing professionals to ensure high-quality execution and professional development.
- Travel-ready to lead on-site execution, vendor management, and client representation across regional and national event programs.
- This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. Flexibility is required during event execution, which may include occasional weekend or evening work as events dictate. Treetop supports work-life balance by providing days off and flexible scheduling less in-office days.
