Summary
We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team at Brick Labs Inc. This role is essential in planning and delivering both educational and entertainment events for groups from 12 to 50. Based on candidates location this position cab be based out of our new East York facility (Danforth and Coxwell) or our North York campus (York Mills and Leslie).
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events based on client's needs.
- Collaborate with team members to develop event plans.
- Coordinate logistics including staffing and resources.
- Oversee guest experiences from first contact through to the event .
- Assist with marketing efforts for events through various channels to attract participants.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist with delivery of other services and programs.
Requirements
- Experience in event coordination or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is a plus.

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
