We are looking for a dynamic new team member to join us full-time at Spectrum Dermatology. This role involves managing patient interactions, supporting phototherapy treatments, handling retail sales, ensuring smooth patient check-in and check-out, and maintaining a clean office environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing a high volume of patients while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor to deliver an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Management: Answer calls, schedule/reschedule appointments, address inquiries from patients and health care providers.
- Patient Check-in/Check-out: Greet patients, validate MSP/verify information, collect payments, complete documentation.
- Phototherapy Support: Provide patient instructions, maintain records, adjust treatments, and assist with equipment troubleshooting.
- Retail Sales: Promote and sell skincare products, maintain inventory, process sales transactions, complete end-of-day reconciliation.
- Office Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and staff areas, including wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring a sanitary environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior medical office or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with scheduling software and POS systems.
- Professional and patient-focused demeanor.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
